"Outlaw" Ron Bass pinned George South.
"Mean" Gene Okerlund presented his 'SummerSlam Report'. Bobby "The Brain" Heenan (with WWF Intercontinental Champion, "Ravishing" Rick Rude) spoke about "Mr. Wonderful" Paul Orndorff.
Junkyard Dog pinned "Playboy" Buddy Rose.
Onstage, Craig DeGeorge interviewed "The Million Dollar Man" Ted DiBiase (with Virgil), who addressed WWF Champion, Hulk Hogan's refusal to sell him the WWF Championship, and promised he has an insurance policy, heading into 'SummerSlam'.
There was an advert for 'SummerSlam', followed by an advert for the August issue of WWF Magazine.
Powers of Pain (Warlord & Barbarian) defeated The Shadows, when Warlord got the pin.
