Savage was counted out after the referee was knocked out, and Andre The Giant and DiBiase assaulted Savage. After the bell, Andre, Dibiase, and Virgil continued their assault, until WWF Champion, Hulk Hogan, hit the ring, and ran the trio off with a steel chair.
