Episode 115 - Superstars - March 18th

 

Results from this week's 'Superstars':

We opened with stills from Andre The Giant's attack on WWF Champion, Hulk Hogan, this past Saturday, at 'Saturday Night's Main Event'. "Mean" Gene Okerlund interviewed Hogan after the attack.

"The Million Dollar Man" Ted DiBiase (with Virgil) defeated "Leaping" Lanny Poffo, when Poffo submitted to the Million Dollar Dream.

"Lord" Alfred Hayes presented the 'WrestleMania Report', running down the entire card.

The Killer Bees (B. Brian Blair & "Jumpin'" Jim Brunzell) defeated Charlie Fulton & Goldie Rogers, when Brunzell pinned Rogers.

In 'The Snake Pit', with Jake "The Snake" Roberts, the guest was "Hacksaw" Jim Duggan, who spoke about his 'WrestleMania' opponent, "King" Harley Race.

There was footage of "Ravishing" Rick Rude (with Bobby "The Brain" Heenan) training for his shot at WWF Intercontinental Champion, "Macho Man" Randy Savage, at 'WrestleMania'.

Sam Houston pinned "Playboy" Buddy Rose. Houston's 'WrestleMania' opponent, The Magnificent Muraco, joined commentary for the match.

Mean” Gene Okerlund interviewed WWF Champion, Hulk Hogan, about Andre The Giant.

Ken Resnick interviewed WWF Intercontinental Champion, “Macho Man” Randy Savage, about “Ravishing” Rick Rude.

Jimmy “Superfly” Snuka spoke about his 'WrestleMania' opponent, “The Million Dollar Man” Ted DiBiase.

One Man Gang & "The Natural" Butch Reed (with Slick) defeated The Young Stallions (Paul Roma & Jim Powers), when OMG pinned Powers.

In ‘Piper’s Pit’, with "Rowdy" Roddy Piper, the guests were Andre The Giant & Bobby “The Brain” Heenan. WWF President, Jack Tunney, unveiled a custom WWF Championship Belt, for Andre The Giant, in the event he wins the WWF Championship at ‘WrestleMania’.

King Kong Bundy (with Bobby "The Brain" Heenan) pinned "The Rebel" Dick Slater.

Next week – “Ravishing” Rick Rude, “King” Harley Race & Hercules in Six Man Tag Team action.
