On 'Superstars' this week:
 
The British Bulldogs (Davey Boy Smith & Dynamite Kid) defeated The Brooklyn Brawler & "Iron" Mike Sharpe, when Smith pinned The Brawler.

Craig DeGeorge interviewed "Macho Man" Randy Savage ahead of his match with "Outlaw" Ron Bass at The Spectrum. Savage indicated he wants to win a Title.

"Mr. Wonderful" Paul Orndorff (with "Rowdy" Roddy Piper) pinned Jose Luis Rivera.

WWF President, Jack Tunney, announced that at The Spectrum in Philadelphia on July 14th, WWF Intercontinental Champion, The Honky Tonk Man, will defend his Title against Junkyard Dog, and WWF Tag Team Champions, The Dream Team (Greg "The Hammer" Valentine & Brutus Beefcake) will defend their Titles against The U.S. Express (Barry Windham & Mike Rotunda). In addition, the manager of The Honky Tonk Man and The Dream Team, Jimmy Hart, will be barred from The Spectrum.

One Man Gang (with Slick) pinned Tim Horner.

There was an advert for the July issue of WWF Magazine.

"Mean" Gene Okerlund interviewed The U.S. Express (Barry Windham & Mike Rotunda) regarding their WWF Tag Team Title shot at The Spectrum.

Demolition (Ax & Smash, with Mr. Fuji) defeated S.D. Jones & Pez Whatley, when Smash pinned Whatley.

"The Rock" Don Muraco challenged Big John Studd & King Kong Bundy to a match at The Spectrum, on behalf of himself and Ken Patera.

Ken Patera defeated "Playboy" Buddy Rose via submission.

"Handsome" Harley Race was crowned by Bobby "The Brain" Heenan in a coronation as the "King of Wrestling."
