We're just days away from 'SummerSlam', and this week on 'Wrestling Challenge':

"Mr. Wonderful" Paul Orndorff and Ken Patera spoke about their imminent match.

Ken Patera defeated "Mr. Wonderful" Paul Orndorff (with Bobby "The Brain" Heenan) by disqualification, when "King" Harley Race interfered and attacked Patera. King Kong Bundy and Hercules joined in on the attack, as well as Bobby Heenan, as they whipped Patera with a belt.

"Mean" Gene Okerlund presented his 'SummerSlam Report', running down the card. The British Bulldogs (Davey Boy Smith & Dynamite Kid) spoke about their WWF Tag Team Title shot at Champions, The Dream Team (Brutus Beefcake & Greg "The Hammer" Valentine), Ken Resnick interviewed Nikolai Volkoff (with The Iron Sheik) about his match against "Hacksaw" Jim Duggan, and The Fabulous Rougeau Bros. (Jaqcues & Raymond), and Jimmy Hart spoke about The Rougeaus and Dino Bravo's match against The Hart Foundation (Bret "Hitman" Hart & Jim "The Anvil" Neidhart) & Tito Santana.

 

 Dino Bravo & The Fabulous Rougeau Bros. (Jacques & Raymond) defeated George South, Italian Stallion & Jose Luis Rivera, when Bravo forced Rivera to submit.

WWF Superstars predicted the outcome of the WWF Intercontinental Championship Match, between Champion, The Honky Tonk Man and “Macho Man” Randy Savage at 'SummerSlam'. "Outlaw" Ron Bass predicted HTM, "Hacksaw" Jim Duggan predicted Savage, Slick predicted HTM, and WWF Champion, Hulk Hogan, predicted Savage.

Craig DeGeorge interviewed "Macho Man" Randy Savage onstage, ahead of his shot at WWF Intercontinental Champion, The Honky Tonk Man, at 'SummerSlam'.

There was an advert for 'SummerSlam'.

 "Cowboy" Bob Orton (with "Mr. Wonderful" Paul Orndorff) pinned Dusty Wolfe. During the match, "Superfly" Jimmy Snuka attacked Orndorff, before fleeing and being pursued by Orndorff.

WWF Champion, Hulk Hogan, spoke about his match against "Rowdy" Roddy Piper at 'SummerSlam'.

Koko B. Ware pinned The Brooklyn Brawler.

“Superfly” Jimmy Snuka challenged "Mr. Wonderful" Paul Orndorff to a match at ‘SummerSlam’.

WWF Intercontinental Champion, The Honky Tonk Man, was interviewed onstage by Craig DeGeorge ahead of his Title defence against “Macho Man” Randy Savage at 'SummerSlam'.

There was an update on Ken Patera's condition.

The U.S. Express (Barry Windham & Mike Rotunda) defeated The Long Riders ("Outlaw" Ron Bass & Black Bart), when Windham pinned Bass.
