Ricky "The Dragon" Steamboat pinned The Magnificent Muraco (with Mr. Fuji).

Orndorff will now challenge for the WWF Intercontinental Championship, at SummerSlam, on August 30th.

WWF Intercontinental Champion, "Ravishing" Rick Rude (with Bobby "The Brain" Heenan) retained his Title by pinning "Hacksaw" Jim Duggan.

In a Six-Man Tag Team Match, WWF Champion, Hulk Hogan, & The British Bulldogs (Davey Boy Smith & Dynamite Kid) defeated Killer Khan & WWF Tag Team Champions, Demolition (Ax & Smash), when Kid pinned Khan.
