Onstage with Craig DeGeorge, "The Million Dollar Man" Ted DiBiase (with Virgil) offered a young boy in the audience $500 if he could dribble a basketball 15 times. With the boy on the cusp of completing the challenge, DiBiase knocked the ball away, and refused to pay the boy.

Ken Resnick interviewed Ricky "The Dragon" Steamboat, regarding his match with The Magnificent Muraco. Brutus "The Barber" Beefcake v Greg "The Hammer" Valentine was announced for the show. Gene Okerlund interviewed Valentine.
